entry per person, and only the person
whose name appears as the winner can claim
a prize. In some cases a release statement
must be signed.

cannot be held responsible for allegations
of phone difficulty, busy signals,
malfunctions or otherwise.

makes every effort to conduct contests as
stated, but we do reserve the right to
change the contest or rules if
necessary.

a WOXD employee makes an error in
conducting or announcing a contest, the
original rules take precedent.

Prizes
cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
WOXD reserves the right to substitute a
prize.

Calling
the WOXD contest line gives BullsEye 95 5
the right to use voice or likeness for
promotional purposes.

contest decisions are final.

Must
be 18 or older to participate.

Prizes
must be picked up at WOXD studios during
regular business hours within 14 days of
winning, or the prize will be
forfeited.

Winners
are responsible for any taxes, fees or licenses associated
with prize.

prizes must be claimed in person with a
valid photo ID.

One
winner per household within any 30-day
period.

Employees
of Taylor Communications, Inc. sponsors of
promotions and their advertising agencies,
employees of other radio stations and
members of their immediate families are
not eligible to participate and win. The
term "immediate families" includes
spouses, grandparents, parents, children
and grandchildren.

WOXD-FM
reserves the right to refuse to award any
prize to a person who is determined to
have violated a rule as outlined above,
gained unfair advantage in participating
in the contest or obtained a winner status
using fraudulent means.
